quantifying nitrogen/protein content using the Kjeldahl method, featuring an
automated analyzer with premium performance that delivers the highest sample
throughput, increased boiler capacity, and is the most productive system available.
It complies with various official steam distillation methods for applications such as
determining ammoniacal nitrogen, protein content, nitrogen content (both direct
and indirect), nitric nitrogen (after reduction with Devarda’s Alloy), and alcohol
content.
